REGISTRATION

Registration will open mid-January.

Region 11 Members, please note:

• AETs are already included in your annual Regional Assessment, so if you are a dual member with a Region 21 chorus or quartet, be sure to register HERE AS A REGION 11 MEMBER and take advantage of the savings!
• All Competing members, whether in a Chorus or Quartet, MUST register for an AET. If any member of your competing chorus or quartet is NOT REGISTERED, your group may be disqualified from competing!
• LAST DAY TO REGISTER ONLINE FOR AN AET: FRIDAY, MARCH 14, 2025.

• All-Events Tickets (AETs), allowing access to both contest sessions
  • Adult (26 or older), non-Region 11 member: $135
  • Youth (under 26), non-Region 11 member: $67.50
• Single Event Tickets (SETs), allowing access to EITHER the Friday Quartet Contest OR the Saturday Chorus Contest
  • Adult (26 or older), non-Region 11 member: $70
  • Youth (under 26), non-Region 11 member: $35

HOUSING

Links to hotel registration will be provided in mid-January. Last day to register for the contracted hotel rates: March 6, 2025.

There will be two hotels in our block, but the number of rooms at the block prices are very limited. Please reserve your hotel as early as possible to take advantage of the block rates!

• Cancel by 3:00 pm – 48 hrs before arrival. 1 one-night deposit will be charged if the room is not canceled on time.

• Self-parking (in/out) - $15/day
• Valet parking (in/out): $29/day

• Studio - 1 Queen $200 per night (includes tax & fees)
• Studio - 2 Double Beds $223 per night (includes tax & fees)

OTHER INFORMATION

• CONVENTION PROGRAMS
  • There will be two options for Convention Programs this year:
    • Digital-only: FREE
    • Printed program (by reservation ONLY): $10
  • NO PRINTED PROGRAMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE ONSITE, so make your reservation EARLY to ensure you have a commemorative program from this historic event!
• COMPETITOR PHOTOS
  • Competitor photos will be taken in a separate photo room rather than onstage
  • To help offset the cost of the photography, each competing group will be charged $5/member onstage.
  • Choruses and quartets will be invoiced based on the number of members indicated on the Intent to Compete Form (including the director(s)).
  • You will receive digital files that can be printed anywhere, or shared on social media.
• COMPETITOR VIDEOS
  • Each competitor will be filmed onstage and receive a video link to the performance within 24 hours
  • Competitors will not be charged for their video
• CONTEST BRIEFING
  • This will be held via ZOOM at 7:00 PM PDT on March 30, 2025.
  • Link to the briefing will be sent the week of March 23, 2025.
