• Reservations need to be made no later than 3:00 PM, July 10, 2025. Once all rooms in our block have been reserved, additional rooms may be available, but will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of reservation.
• 1 person from each room must call in or book their room online. It may require a 1 night deposit.
  HOUSING LINK: DoubleTree by Hilton Fresno Convention Center or call the hotel at 559.268.1000 and mention the Sequoia Pacifica Region block
• Cancel by 3:00 pm – 48 hrs before arrival. 1 one-night deposit will be charged if the room is not canceled on time.
• Check-in: 3:30 pm
• Check-out: 12 noon
